GILA is an artist and producer from Denver, Colorado. His debut album ‘Energy Demonstration’, is due 23 October. Following a run of club focused releases on cult UK labels XL Recordings, LuckyMe & Deviation, GILA signed to Lex Records and shared the EPs ‘Trench Tones’ (2019), ‘3 Riders’ (2020) and Energy Demonstration album (2020).

Returning to Lex Records with twelve genre-defying cuts, GILA's ‘Domain Expansion’ LP seamlessly blends elements of club, ambient, and hip-hop-infused electronics. It kicks off with the hypnotic ambience of ‘Club Alone,’ setting the stage with subby pulses and ethereal vocal snippets. Transitioning to atmospheric, down-tempo cuts like ‘Koop Loop’ and ‘Tools Of Dawn,’ GILA showcases his versatility.
